Files • Upload files You can select multiple files on your local disk, put them in a queue, and then click Start Upload button to initiate uploading. This bulk uploader allows you to easily add hundred of files to your online folder with just a couple of clicks. Contacts • Add contacts manually Probably the easiest way to populate your contact database is to enter contact information manually. Contact fields (e.g. Name, Email...) are grouped by sections (Contact, Phones, Home…) and displayed top-down on the same page. You can accompany each entry with a picture of the addressee. • Importing contacts from text file: With just several clicks you can import your address book (whatever its size and format) to TheOfficeVault.com Contacts. • Accept Custom formats • Organize contacts: Organized into folders which are sorted in hierarchical order. • Manipulate with folders and contacts: Copy, Move, Delete, etc. • Add and customize fields • Share contacts with other users • View list of all users and groups that share access to your folder/access rights • Send simple email messages: Select recipients from the list and fill in a standard message form with Priority, To, From and Subject options. • Send text messages to cell phones (SMS) • Export contacts • Search contacts • Print contacts: Print selected contacts, a current folder or entire contact database. |
Forms We support EAMS Forms for California Workers' Comp, but all users can upload any PDF form and use TheOfficeVault to fill and save the forms without any additional costly software such as Adobe Acrobat® Professional. The free Adobe Viewer™ can be used to fill and save the data in the forms using TheOfficeVault.com. • Just setup a folder for the case/patient/file you are working with, and click the "Add Custom Form" button. • Upload your forms. • Now click on "Add Forms" to add your custom form to the file's folder you selected. • Upload your forms. • Click on the form to open it. • You will notice a "Save to TheOfficeVault" button in the upper right portion of the form. • Fill the form with your data and click the SAVE button. • Your form and data is now saved in your file folder on the Vault. • Simple as that. |
